Our Cleaning Services

Initial cleanings

At Christine's Cleaning, we offer full, top to bottom, detailed cleanings. During this stage we come in and clean in several steps. First: ceilings, walls, furniture, knickknacks, baseboards ...etc. are dry extracted with our vacuums. This is where any cobwebs, dust or debris is taken out. Next, walls are washed and furniture/nick-knacks are cleaned and or/polished. We also provide inside and outside window cleanings, where the sills are also dry extracted and cleaned. Third, kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, top to bottom. Lastly, floors are vacuumed, and upon request they can be stripped, waxed, or just washed. We also shampoo carpets. This is our typical Initial cleaning, but of course, we offer special services upon request. After this service is complete, you are ready for the Maintenance Program.

Maintenance Program

This stage occurs after the Initial cleaning. Now your home or office is ready to be maintained on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Once a part of the Maintenance Program, the following areas are cleaned.
Kitchens:	All major appliances will be cleaned and/or dusted. (Refrigerator, microwave, stove ...etc.)We do have special cleaners for stainless steel, resin fixtures ...etc. Counter tops will be cleaned and/or windexed. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped. Trash will be emptied.
Bathrooms:	Showers, tubs, toilets, sinks ...etc. will be disinfected and then cleaned to shine. Any glass mirrors will be windexed. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped. Trash will be emptied.
Living rooms:	All knickknacks,picture frames, and furniture will be dusted and/or polished. Any glass will be polished. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped (if applicable.) *Special requests are granted, just ask!
Office Cleanings:	For office cleanings we provide the following services: Vacuuming/Mopping of floors, polishing/dusting of furniture, glass cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and the emptying of trash.
Carpet Cleanings:	We use two methods to clean your carpets.
Wet Extract:	This method is great, and takes 2-3 days to dry. We use a pre-enzyme treatment, followed by an enzyme treatment.
Dry Foam:	This method is very unique, and only takes 2-3 hours to dry! When the process is complete, your carpet will fill the surrounding areas with a fresh, clean aroma, not a harsh and perfumery smell.
Windows:	Who doesn't want sparkling clean windows for everyone to see? We first do a dry-extraction with our high powered vacuums. Ever see all the yucky cobwebs and unwanted bug friends in your window sills? Say good-bye! After the removal of the loose debris we wash all glass, inside and out with Miracle Soap, water, and clean rags.
Old Floor Restoration:	Why spend money on new floors when we can make yours sparkle? We strip all of the old dirt and/or wax off, seal it, and apply acrylic wax to preserve it for 5 years!

At Christine's Cleaning, we want to provide any and all services you need. If there is a service you don't see here, let us know and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you! We would like to advise our customers of what products we will be using in your home or office. Of course, if you have any preferences we would like to know, and we will use them. We are a "green-clean" certified business. This means we typically use organic cleaners, as opposed to your everyday, harsh, and toxic chemical cleaners.
